（中央社記者楊淑閔台北 9日電）颱風尼伯特逐漸遠離，影響力減弱，農委會今天調降土石流紅色警戒為 4條，分布在屏東縣的1鄉3村,以及黃色警戒299條，分布在花蓮縣、屏東縣、高雄市及嘉義縣等4縣市的25鄉123村。
水保局土石流防災中心統計，4條土石流紅色警戒，分布於屏東縣的來義鄉義林村、丹林村、來義村等1縣1鄉3村，地方政府應勸告或強制其撤離，並進行適當的安置。另黃色土石流警戒方面，則地方政府應進行疏散避難勸告。1050709
